After appearing in private forms and part of the Art Express Exhibition, Muhumid first appeared in small press in Mickey Moose: Under Water Love. The first widely available stand-alone issue is called MDC217 (Vol 3, Book One), and has the stories 'The Pixie Pirates of Orlandis', 'Muhumid vs Demitri' and 'The (ped)O Files'.
