A story of twin sisters Amber and Jeanie, who are accepted into an exclusive boarding school, only to discover pupils are disappearing. This was inspired in part by Picnic at Hanging rock, and by true events.

Volume 1 is composed of 7 chapters, and is about 180 pages. It includes a short story, 'Locker No. 246' by Sarah Ferrick, plus bonus paper dolls and an introduction to Australia.
