Set in medieval Britain this film explores a wide range
of aspects concerning medieval life including the ranks of nobility
(and advancement therein), arranged marriage, legal practices, costume,
hygiene, weapons and combat. These are presented through the use of
realistic dramatic recreation demonstrating combat and historically
accurate costume within a scenario realistic for that period.
The film augments the James Adams medieval show by presenting
aspects of its content being used in an historical context and is designed
to be suitable for junior history classes onwards.
